1 General Terms & Conditions

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification

786db is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Gaming by minors is completely prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of our policy.

786db may request a national ID card or birth registration certificate for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits at 786db can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

6 Betting Rules

• Bets placed due to a technical error may be voided and the deposited amount will be refunded.
• 786db reserves the right to void any bets placed by exploiting system errors and to withhold associated winnings.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 786db, and violations will be met with strict action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a channel for illegal funds.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

786db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating the terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• If suspicious activity or signs of fraudulent conduct are detected.
• Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more).
• If the member submits a request to close their own account.

If there is a valid balance prior to account closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw it, though the balance may be held during any ongoing investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability

786db is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — winning is never guaranteed.

• 786db is not responsible for any bets or games lost due to internet disconnection.
• 786db will not be held liable for losses caused by issues with third-party software or devices.
• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to essential maintenance, such as server upkeep or legal directives.

10 Terms Updates

786db reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the site before any changes take effect.
